Threw a pad on Thursday and luckily didn't screw the rotor up before I got home.

I was planning on doing the rears and didn't realize the fronts were gone. Still had some room on the rears (original set), but I have gone through two stock sets on the front and now am running the Raybestos QS (ceramic).

Why are you throwing front pads, your last set did that before a meet or event:confused:

Got too far from the house I guess. I can't believe I've gone through two sets of front pads in less than 60K miles. Looks to me like if you let the front pads get to thin they are prone to getting shucked under heavy useage (like last week at the Denton dragway).

agreed......my truck is at 32,600 and I am into the second front set at about 5/8 to 3/4 wear....time to change them out....not sure to go with the Hawk's...or stockers....the rears seem to last forever...

too bad Brembo's are like gold....

I like the Porterfields, they dust like hell but stop and handle heat very well. The Hawk HP+ are eating vette rotors, I guess their HP or HPS are okay.:)

I am confused. I didn't know that gorillas wore shoes.
I thought that is why his mph is so fast in the 1/4.:D

I figured He would have a picture up by now. I will let him tell but I brought two items from Florida for Go_rila to wear for the Christmas Holiday Season. Sixpipes should put up some pictures before too long. He also has another item coming from Florida that didn't get finished in time and it should be here this week.
