plug gap with a 2#er

I'm going to be installing new plugs this weekend and was wondering what gap I should use? I will be installing a 2# pulley shortly after the plug change. The plugs I have to install are NGK Tr-6's. Should I gap them for .038 -.040? OR what would be a good gap for the 2# pulley? THANKS
