Looking for some aluminum idler/tensioner pulleys for my vortech kit. Probably ~3.5"/90mm or there abouts, need 2 one for idler and one for tensioner, both can be the same, smooth sided

Is Auto Specialties still in business? If so, I'd recommend them. They are in Stafford (near Houston).

Call them and see if they can help.

Unless you need to go, NOPE! cheaper to throw em in a box and ship ;)
Edit - Wes, I would assume this is the part. it would be smooth sided not grooved though right?

Final edit - I clicked the price and it showed a pic, go figure, doesn't show an image in the section it should. looks like it will work.

Chris,
That pulley should work. Looks like the same one I use.

Chris,
I can vouch for the quality. I used that one on my '94 L and I've used ASP pullies on various Mustang applications over the years. It's a sealed bearing and rollerized, so it should last a long time.
