Purchased new on August 31, 2002, one of only 294 White Lightnings produced that year. Other than the Hood and the soft top, all parts were professionally installed by Terry Cole at “Performance Research”. The KB was installed and custom tuned at the dyno by Terry in March 2006. I have separate tunes for the 3.25 and the 3.5 inch pulleys. The truck dyno’d at 449 rwhp and 509 tq., but has rarely been raced. Only two 1/8 mile passes since the KB. Previous to that, it went down the 1/8 once and four trips down the ¼. Considering what this truck is, it’s really been babied.
The hood was painted and installed by “Best in Show” in Garland, TX.
Two Goodyear F1s on the back were new in May 06 when I took the truck to the Indy 500. They probably have a little over 2000 miles on them. The two in the front are original and I have one F1 spare, with no wheel, as well as the original spare underneath. There are a couple of minor scratches underneath the front bumper. They can’t be seen unless you get underneath. The rest of the body is nearly flawless. There are a couple of tiny dings on the paint, but far less than what you would expect in 18k miles. The original wheels have some tiny scratches, not on the edge actually, but just inside. The truck has always been hand detailed by me using separate buckets for wash and rinse.
The interior is nearly perfect as well. The only blemish is the cup holder which somehow got a couple of blue ink marks. They are very small and probably came from a flyer or business card I had rolled up inside of it that bled in somehow.
I'm being as honest as I can about the truck. If anyone feels I am misrepresenting anything, please let me know.
