that's hilarious, but obviously the driver/passenger(s) have somewhere important to be ... in a hurry, and they command some respect. I assume that is some sort of military vehicle.
Do you know the location, Doug? EDIT: Must be Iraq or some other Arab nation... I saw one sign with "scribble" on it.

Yeah, well I can't blame them. Like they said, he acts like he doesn't have a care in the world... and they are over there protecting his sorry arse, and most likely are heading towards a destination filled with hostilities.
I'd like to see the next 10-20 seconds of the video as you can see that old tractor is pulling out right in front of them. That might have been very ugly.

Looks like Baghdad. When one of my guys got back he said he couldn't drive here for about the first month until he got out of the habit of bumping traffic out of the way. In Iraq, any US military vehicle has the right of way over any and all civilian traffic. If a gentle tap fails to gain compliance then the next step is a burst across the bows. If that fails then the unyeilding vehicle is considered a hostile.

Yes, it certainly looks like Iraq and a Humvee - most likely with a .50 up top.
Maybe those Iraqis need some of this: http://www.hornblasters.com/:D
That traffic sort of reminds me of Matamoros. Never again.
