Yep. My primary issue with not doing it is ... time. Just not enough of it the way my priorities are set up right now.

I'm also not sure about the regs with a car like mine. At one time they were going to require various safety items if a vehicle's speed exceeded YYY. This makes sense, but I'm not going to put a cage in my car just to participate in this event.

But just the thought of what my car might do... ;) It's trapped thru the 1/4 mile at 137 last time I went... maybe 175-180 over a full mile?

I get their newsletter/Yahoo Groups mailing on a regular basis, and i just read that they are making changes to the rules for vehicles that can go 190+, you can see the message here. (http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/NASATxNews/message/312)

One of these days, I'd love to do this, as well. :cool:
