Well today I decided to paint my wheels. First I cleaned them thoroughly. Next I taped them off, sanded them a bit, primed them, painted, then cleared them. I think they look good. They will look a lot better once I wash my truck. what do you think about them?

Cant make up my mind but makes me want to paint mine all black. But I should prob wait and just powdercoat mine.

Funny thing is i spent the afternoon wet sanding and painting an extra L wheel I have so I can have a spare instad of the homo looking one under the truck. Anyone know if it would still fit in the spare tire holder thingymajig?

Yeah, it will. I"ve been wanting to do that for a while now, but since my spare winch bit the dust, I need some other way to do it, besides just tossing it in the bed. :(

Good deal I got a friend that works at a tie shop and has these wheels laying around. So he gave me a spare. If you get around to needing an extra wheel just let me know. He even gave me a free tire! Not new but damn nice for a spare.

Btw 03stx next time you get a chance get the wieghts put on the inside. Witht the little stickie ones. Itll make the wheel look cleaner. At least thats how I like to go about it

yeah, nice job + you have the coolest color truck :tu:
at first i was trying to figure out how you removed the center section of the wheel, but that was just a hell of a job taping it off.

I also took a short video to show what they look like rolling, even though it is kind of hard to see.

HAHA yeah, it was baad. It had sprinkled and then i had to drive to work in it, so it was really nasty.

No HD. I was driving the wife's Sub. I had just come out of the Sonic and you were turning left onto Valley from Main.
