Got moved in last week and got the internet / phone / cable hooked up Tuesday, but I was back in La. getting the house ready for sale. Now I'm back and ready to see what the car scene is down here. Will probably check out SAR within a couple of weeks also.

San Antonio is a pretty cool place. Lot of folks there are in to street racing and the Fast & Furious type stuff. You really need to consider getting a bike.

Maybe a handful down there, Dallas has the strongest group with 20+ active members on weekly events, up to 62 on picture days:)

There are quite a few Lightnings in the Austin area, but not really sure about San Antonio. You might check into the SVTOA and see if there is a chapter in SA. :cool:

There are a couple of us here in San Antonio. Lone Star Stangs meets up around 7ish on Friday's at Biff Buzby's Burgers (San Antoino, I-35 & Topperwien). I go every once and I'm usually the only Lightning. It's mostly Cobras, vettes and motorcycles. But they are a nice group to hang out with.

Yeah, I got on their forum and see that they seem to do a lot together around here. I finally saw a red Gen-2 today on the 281N feeder road - looked mostly stock, but still felt good to see another one. I'm going to probably run oer to Biff's on Friday night to check it out.
