Wow,when is this coming to us.They couldnt keep up with the bad guys ina few cities around here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKxzbyawFfs I remember seeing a video of a liscence plate distorter.I believe it was electically operated.I guess theres always a way to beat everything.

ive seen that before, i know a undercover cop that has that done to a TXU truck and has that system in it.....
