I use the Motorcraft Spec'd Mercon and change with a new filter every 20-25k.

I bet you still have an old Alpine cookie on your PC or something -the SVTperformance guys threatened to kill me then sue me when something similar happened between me and JJ - back in the day .. :evil:evil
