Due to my job being an 80mile round trip, i'm going to put my "new" (to me) L up forsale. I'm just trying to find out if i'm going to have any offers. You WILL NOT find a better, nicer, more stock truck around. My 2004 Red Lightning was bought from carmax about a month and a half ago. I'm just asking what I owe on it, unfortunately thats $28,700. I'll include the extended warranty and the truck is still covered under its 3/36,000 mile factory warranty as it just has a hair over 30,xxx miles on it. The truck is COMPLETELY stock, just as it came from Ford. It does have 2" shackles on the rear to get the ass end down. It also has an upgraded stereo, which is 10000x better than stock. It consists of an Alpine 9835 CD/MP3 (the best unit alpine ever made, in many people's opinions), Alpine Type S door speakers, a Kicker 10" L7 sub and Rockford 500watt amp. Sounds really good. This is just a feeler like i said. If anyone would pay my truck off, i'd probably accept it, otherwise i'll keep it.
Might consider trades on 2002 SS's.

What is the deal with buying gasoline? Whatever you drive uses gas. The losses on flipping a car this quickly could pay for a years gasoline. Even if a car gets 20mpg that doesn't even cut your fuel bill in half? Insurance is higher on a Camaro surely, there is your gas savings gone to another expense...

Actually Terry when I went from my camaro to the truck my ins. went up 10 bucks. Same coverage, same company, nothing changed except the vehicle. I didnt think that was bad at all. I also noticed my gas bill went up $50 dollars a month and I moved closer to my work TOO!! (60 miles round trip with the camaro and 20 round trip with the truck). But I knew when I bought it gas would suck. Sure LOVE that whine tho!!

We don't want any one turning into a tadpole! :D

$50 a month is $600 a year
Flipping the truck will cost you at LEAST $2000
thats three years of gas...
Ill give you $100 cash if you get your payoff for the truck...

Not trying to be @rick but I don't think you'll get that much for it. Look over on NLOC and you'll see many trucks with those miles not getting close to that.
Compare Adam's (Stormshadow's) truck- he is not asking that much and has probably 8k worth of mods.
I'm just trying to be realistic here. You would be better off getting a little 4 banger beater for a 1k and drive it daily

You live near Harwood and Brown Trail? One suggestion is try to find a cheap beater car, like 99WhiteBeast said. I found a Taurus SHO for $1200, and put some money into maintainance. Fun car, 20+ mpg, cheap insurance. Now my truck collects dust in the garage.
