And after changing my pumps to the 255's.... I'm still showing 30 psi @ idle and 40 psi under boost. Is my new gage hosed?

how is that redneck? they actually make a rig to lift the bed off using a engine lift

I did not have the rig.. I used 4 straps.

That is the evap stuff ..... I think.

I hope I never have to do it again. But if I do I will not drop the tank. But I will have more people there. I scratched up the paint when I was lifting it. I hope it will buff out.
