stumble on startup

Last few weeks the truck seems to stumble a little on startup. Not bad it just doesnt fire off clean like it used to, once its running for 15 seconds or so its fine ...

Ideas on what could be causing it ?

when my plugs went bad, it would struggle to start up, had to give it gas, once it started it was fine, until I got on it
