I was hoping someone here might commute this way to save me the trip

Their should be 5 leafs, they are not supposed to remove any...

There are 5 leafs BUT
There is definitely room in the clamps now - as if they did remove one

They remove the clamps to de arch maybe they didn't crimp it back as far or it is a new clamp. They take and pack apart and do the leafs individually. Then put it back together.
