UPDATE - PayPal now accepts Credit Card payment WITHOUT a PayPal account !!
In the past due to the tight integration of the Subscriptions system (http://www.talonclub.com/forum/payments.php) a Paypal account was required to become a supporting member (http://www.talonclub.com/forum/payments.php)here.

Now you can pay even if you dont have or want a Paypal account
