If all these people go, I might check it out. Charlie will you be taking Sandra? If not is it cool if I ride up there with you? My truck isn't feeling up to running at the track right now (got a few issues that have come up, no its not the blower), but I'd like to go and check out some trucks.

It been cloudy in Arlington all day but I don't see anything on radar within a 200 mile radius. I'll be headed that way around 6ish unless a downpour pops up

Great to see everyone, had 7? of us. Many thanks to Terry for coming and tuning my truck at the track. Lot's of data logging and 3 new tunes for me. Terry I owe you a little more money for your effort, I'll buy Bonedaddy's for sure.
Ran a best of 7.97 which in last night's heat and humidity was pretty good at ~15.5 psi boost. Gary was running ~the same times too.
John's Gen1 is bad. Sounds great too.

+1 on the good time and good people. On top of his other good works, Terry noticed & replaced a burned out license plate light on my truck:tu::tu:

made two passes have a slip @ 8.02 @ around 90 mph I had the slicks but ran the dr's had the gen 2 lug nuts with me:tex I didn't get the second slip but it was about the same
Launched at about 2k and slipped a little but the truck really goes down the track well I think the truck will go mid 7's with the current set up.
That was the first outing and I was only running about 9-10lbs boost so nothing crazy. Ask Tyson about the launch from 1st to 2nd he was next to me

Yes, the first, second, third, were lean, this was the 4th.
Worked the A/F down from 13s, to 12s, to the 11s
A different tune for each run at the same street boost level.
Have two more race tunes(one for higher boost) that I haven't data logged yet.
Will run those tunes at the next Redline event that we need to schedule.
I am a believer of tuning on the 1/8 mile track under actual loads rather than the dyno with unknown simulated loadings(at least to me).
Even if the tune is off, you aren't really loading the motor like on the top of the 1/4 or on the Dyno at 6000 RPM in 3rd(y'all know that is what they do and what that sounds like, and yes it does actually scare me).
I have been done with the dyno since I got my Dynojet wideband.
Much better data and in less than a year it payed for itself versus paying for dyno time.
Again, thanks to Terry for his time and expertise.
