Since our stock wheel is 9.5 inches wide will our stock tires 295/45/18's fit on a 9 inch wide wheel?

i think i read somewhere that 9.5 is the smallest they recommend for the 295/45, but you may be able to make it work

I second that, I ran into the same question and got the same answer when researching other tires and rims for my other F-150.

Update the guy sent me some pics of the wheels on his L and it doesn't look like they balloon that bad. This truck looks like I've seen it before. Maybe on f150online I don't know. He also said he ran the 305/45/18 555's on them with no problem. Do you guys still think it won't work? Also the WIKD SVT looks like i've seen it before also.
