I was just wondering how many people have seen the universal Lakewood traction bars they sell at Autozone, or has anybody installed them in their ride. I saw them the other day but really didnt pay too much attention, what really caught mu eye was the price, only $30 dollars and they are chrome.

One of my cusotmers bought them and they were too far from the axle. So he sold them and bought truck tracks. Andy Cain if you want to ask him for details..

Lakewood makes a set for the Ford trucks LAK. 21715 and they fit perfect, work great, and are adjustable but it is a headache to do so. Require a lot of attention on different track conditions, truck weight, tires, tire types, and tire pressure. Once dialed in, they help alot. I have seen anywhere from 1.58 - 1.67 60 ftd with them and the Hoosier Slicks.
