I have 420 sf of polished 12x12 marble new still in the box left over from my house for sale. This tile sales for $10.55 sf, but I got a good deal on it b/c we bought so much. I'll let the rest go for $3.00 sf.

If it's under 200 sf I'll have to sell it for $4.00sf, but we can work something out no problem. How much do you need?
