Losing my hair

I fiugred I would have a full head o hair through my 40's anyway. But when I run my hands over my head in frustration I get 3-4 loose hairs.... When I gel it in the morning I get another 5-6 in the sink.. Am I losing my hair:icon_eek:

I would give that only a maybe... has your diet changed significantly recently? if so, that could be a root cause (pun intended)
