Has anyone had lug pattern changed on wheels?

I'm looking to pick up a pair of 15x6 Weld Draglites for the front of my truck to match a pair of 15x10 I am considering purchasing. The rears are in the stock 5x5.5 bolt pattern, but Weld has since discontinued making that pattern. So for the front it looks like I would have to have a set redrilled (5x5 chebby pattern with the 5x5.5 as a second pattern?) or pick up a set of adapters.

Which would you guys do? The adapters would run ~100 I think, and I'm not sure what the cost would be on having them drilled.

I might just go ahead and change the bolt pattern on the truck. There are alot more options with a smaller bolt pattern. Ford Racing Parts has drums that are 5x4.5, would just need to redo the axles, and I have seen redrilled rotors for the front.
