You'd have to ask Tyson, they were on the truck when I got it. I think it was a dealer option..I've seen alot of terminators and alot of the new Saleen trucks with 'em

They are the Saleen numbers, Saleens are the only ones that come with them from the factory, I have them on my truck, no it was not a dealer option, there was a guy on SVT performance that made them, ill try and find who it was

i saw his "here... hemi... hemi..." sticker the other day when i was browsin ebay, good stuff...
