This past Saturday we went on the Charity Crusie for Columbia Children's Hospital sponsered by CTC Motorsports.

There were about 60 cars total with the "domestics" as the import guys referred totaling about 6 (4 L's, Stang and an Impala).-

We headed up North thru Collin, Grayson, and Fannin counties. The first 100 miles were on ruff to no roads:flaming: The second half was nice with some great twisties and we joined into a hometown parade in action:p

I posted up a few pictures in the Talon Gallery (http://talon.svtlightnings.com/4images/categories.php?cat_id=5)

There were some pretty fun roads during the second half of the cruise, but I must admit, getting to join the annual Anna Christmas Parade was the highlight of the trip. I think my fuel filter clogged up from all the twisties. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. I peeled off on the way back at Hwy 75 & 380.

Went to the Denton 1/8th mile with Mark and Doug Saturday night and went 0-2 against Doug. I figured if I didn't mention it, it would come up later. My second run was 10.5 with a 53mph trap speed. The truck is doing something weird at any more than 3/4 throttle. I'm picking up a new fuel filter tomorrow and see if that fixes the problem.

That's a good one. Nice to know you have no problem picking on a wounded animal. http://www.fordvschevy.com/forum/images/smilies/lol.gif
