View Full Version : What's up with the F150 XL Sport guys?

Why do the F150 XL Sport guys insist on weaving in and out of traffic to get up beside me to only display the power of the 4.2 V6? Does anyone else receive the same treatment? This has happened four times within the last three days.

Most of the time they get up beside me and look upon the Lightning and it's driver with incredulity. Who knows...

Yep....even had one that had the SVT F150 badges where our Lightning badges are on the front fenders. I had to put the smack down on him.

that's happened to me twice. In fact, there is a 16 year old kid rolling around Plano with a lightning body kit and badges, and the stock f150 wheels and heighth. He pulls up next to me all of the time. Someone told me he wants to race me because he has nitrous :rolleyes:

There is a silver XL here in Arlington that fooled everyone into thinking it was a real Lightning. Had the mirrors, lights, wheels, ground effects, badges, 3rd brake light, everything! For what he spent on all that...

It wasn't until after he pulled away did all of us at Sonic realize it was a V6! We'd been had! No wonder he didn't stop to visit.:rolleyes:
