OK...I fingered it out. I didn't have forum default set on some kind of setting choice option in the user Cp or something or other. I will never be able to find it again.

Halloween look is cool. Time to do an avatar change...:evil.

Thanks. Yeah I found it. I had a style called liquid blue or something like that. As soon as I changed it to forum default, the hallow ween theme popped up. It's dark...but cool.
