Been a while. Been working on the truck. Finished the cage and frame bracing. Did some more engine work to it (had to).
The oil pump broke and well; caused some damage. corrected the issue and am running melling pump now.
Currently the tranny is out of it. Will be going back in this weekend. Was testing my new two step and welded the forward clutch pack together (whoops).
Pulled the two step and put in manual VB with Trans brake. So with that, new alto fibers and Koleen steels are going in along with a new B&M pro shifter.
My last dyno pull, before the oil pump and tranny issue was 883hp/923tq. 88mm turbo at 20 psi, pump gas, alchy, no nitrous. With a little torco and boost I will be able to hit the elusive 1000 mark without spray (I hope). I was close with my last motor (just over 950) until it spun a bearing. The boys at Wells Racing have cured that issue.
Once I have it back together I will head to the dyno for some more testing. I am now running a blow through setup using a pmas maf. Moved my tubing. Changed my intake. Degree'd my cams. dual blow off valves and dual 44mm waste gates.
I will be hitting it with my "Go or Blow" attitude. One of these days I am going to quit breaking parts. At least it has not been the same one twice
