You're going to tub the rear, put in a narrowed 9" rear, full 4-link rear with coil-overs, and install a parachute in an attempt to run 150mph through the traps.:bows

Now that is what I call a chain of events...it is kinda peculiar that this is going on right after Doug's truck gets ripped.

I think Mike has nothing better to do so he took apart his truck to see if he could put it back together and not have any pieces left over...

Yes everything is being taken off to be painted, I got backed into in a parking lot, since its no longer a daily driver I decided to fix all the scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, etc that have been accumulated over the past 3 years. but while the doors, bed and etc pieces are off I will be doing some mods and cleaning/fixing a lot of things that have bugged me

It will be done by Clark Bros. and when I called they said to bring it in piece by piece so they could make sure there are zero runs or drips

I'm also having ALL of the exterior plastic pieces painted

Then I'm getting rid of the fuel tank and putting in a fuel cell and mounting it in the bed and finally installing the JDM big fuel kit with Aeromotive fuel rails and Ford GT fuel pumps, mounting a RUSLOW battery mount where the spare tire went and moving the battery there, and putting 2005 Bullit 20" wheels on

installing the corbreau (sp) racing seats and center console, as well as putting in new carpet and interior plastic pieces, want it to look as good as the day it was delivered to my house back in 2004

No 4-link has showed up yet, and I will be dealing with that this week :flaming:

I'm still up in the air, I really want ghost flames, you look directly at the fender there is nothing, but at an angle you can see it, I'm trying to rationalize getting it done with......... all the body pieces are off the truck, if I'm going to do it nows the time

Oh and once the wheels get here I'm going to take it as is to the track and see what times I can turn, with no front fenders, bumpers, doors, bed, seats, carpet I'm thinking I could get the 9sec pass, I'm guessing I shed 2,000 pounds off the truck :evil

I am wanting to do something wild, maybe a big picture of a chick spred eagle on my tonneau cover :evil. I have been looking at some of the vinyl graphics too. With the vinyl graphics, I can just peel it off if I get tired of looking at it. The vinyl doesn't look as sweet as a good paint job would(IMHO) but it is a little less expensive.

I will paint it once I receive it, haven't taken the body pieces or interior plastic pieces of the truck yet, cause I'm waiting on this dash pod to get here and take it all at once

I have my AEM wideband (single pillar pod), Water Temp, Boost, Fuel pressure (dash bubble pod), pyrometer and tranny temp (overhead console)

I really wanted to get rid of the stock sea foam green gauges and go with after market like in the pic below, but I remember Terry saying it all tangles together with the pats system, maybe if/when I buy another gen 2 and turn it into a race truck
