Buy a lower seat frame and left side floor/frame bracket and forward/reverse seat lever from a 99-02 Expedition passenger bucket.

Locate a 99-02 "Fat", grey expedition console from a junkyard.

disassemble factory bench, cut down the foam pad to fit the passenger bucket frame, and re-attach the bench end material to the side of your new passenger bucket. Reattach everything.

I did this to my 99... My seats and console live in Moonshine's truck now... :)

All told, cost me about $400 in parts and about 3 hours of my time. No upholstery shop required.

FYI, the 3 ford part numbers you need are:

F65Z-1561709-CAJ (support assembly)
YL3Z-1563100-BB (Spring assembly)
YL3Z-15603A86-BAA (Handle assembly)

Hey Brian, Can you take a couple pics of the passenger seat and post 'em?

Great pics Brian! That's an awesome setup and one I'm going to look into after the hood gets painted. Logan you say you did all the work yourself?
