It was as I thought...a rumor. Actually, I don't think I like the door handles. The fact that they are the only shiney thing in the cab is bugging me. I'm kinda holding my thought to see if they grow on me.

B the way...David said you emailed him. If you want to get the X-plan price...I wouldn't mess around to long. He is serious about only selling one more at that price. His boss drew a line since someone else there sold one at X plan.

They only get about 12 Lightnings at that dealership and they know they can move them at sticker.

I just went from stock to some mods. The one thing I did wrong was not including better rear tires. Running stock the tires didnt spin to much, But aafter the mods. It was hard to lunch with the F1's I did manage a 12.812 1/4 mile but I know with some nitto's or slick's I can do better, so morale of story, include better rear tires. :tu: :banana:

My brother and I just got in from taking her for a spin...LOL. The cops in my neighborhood are now looking for some "punk Kids" who keep hot rodding around, white smoking the tires....LOL.
I kinda like the power braking thing. Nothing like big pillows of white smoke rolloing up and around the front of the truck.

Just curious about something here, how much are new tires....I got this feeling that my set are not going to last long.

I just got a customer hooked up on Nitto's for 950 out the door I think.. 216 a tire plus tax. The 216 includes labor balance and all of that crap. By the time you online them it is very clo$e.

Ouch...190.00 each. Let's see now...that works out to about five dollars per burnout...or would I have to break that down into minutes to take into consideration the duration of burnout?

Actually dod racing...my family really doesn't know that much about Lightnings.
When my bro got in from California last night and saw it, he said..oh wow, cool truck...LMAO...

fter I took him out in it...took all of five seconds and a half throttle goose...he said HOLY SH#T...what the hell did you buy???

It is fun putting the sh#t "EATON" grin on your passengers faces. It's funny watching how quick they all grab the handle in front of them too.
