It sucks society is that way. The thief got a lawyer and says he thought he was opening the door to his buddies truck and got mauled by the dog inside. They sue if they get cut on your broken glass, they sue if they get cut on your unsafe fence. Courts need to choke the living shit out of them!

So you help your neighbor to kill a thief and you get screwed for being a good citizen that's fukt up. Just think about it one less low life in the streets people work to hard to be getting there things stolen. I say just shoot away at the bad guys maybe they will think twice and get a job.
