The company, Unique Performance, has shut its doors and filed for bankruptcy, but former employees say they're owed tens of thousands of dollars in wages. What a scam

I was suspicious years ago after one tour of the plant

They should have took my brothers attitude on the no pay situation.

" If my check bounces, I'll back the truck up to the plant and load up till I feel I have been payed properly"

Man thats got to suk! A dream job gone south.

Makes you wonder - which employee was responsible for scraping the Vins off the cars ? How did they get away with that for so long ?

It would almost have to be some one at the top of the pecking order. Some one getting payed a little extra to keep their mouth shut.

its cause all the employess checks have been bouncing alot longer than all this hit the news.

My 2 friends still havent been paid. They arent worried about it. I also heard how they realy built the cars there. One was a body man other was a painter...

I don't even think they could get some of there wages back if they were to sue them in civil court for loss of wadges. So yeah I think it sucks that they did that work and not getting paid, but also like mentioned who was in on it and not.
