Anyone know a good source for bushings, or someone who can turn some material (delrin?) to size for a set of bushings? I have lowering I-beams on my truck, and the bushings in them are extremely soft, which is causing a misalignment (toe in).

Check with Summit Racing or Energy Suspension. They should make bushings for that app. Delrin is too hard urethane will be plenty firm.

I finally got around to pulling a bushing out of one of the arms. the bolt sleeve wobbles inside the bushing  The tube on the arm is 1.75" ID x 1.5" wide. This is the closest bushing I could find similar to what was inside it already. The length of the internal metal sleeve is the same as well. Would there be any problem with a slight gap between the bushings inside the tube?
