Every time I see that same hole in the 5.4 block, I keep thinking the wrist pin let go. As if the keeper (snap ring) came out.

Did you buy the heads, or are you going to try to have those re-worked?

On a positive note.

Just think. In a month, you will be able to pat your self on the back with a smile, knowing you did it yourself. :tu:

Well, the head itself doesn't look that bad really. I'll just have to order some new valves (already have some manley springs) and some rockers. I haven't inspected it THAT close, but doesn't look to be TOO bad.

And yeah, hopefully I can get the damn thing going again. I barely even got to drive it.
