My SO bought one of the Burago L die cast model kits for Christmas. Enclosed was some info describing the L which I thought was a hoot.

"The F150 weighs 2150kg and mounts, at the front the same 8-cylinder-v-engine of 5140cc used in the F150 series, which in this case is equipped with a Eaton volumetric compressor and can develop 360HP at 4750 rev/min..."

"The performance is worthy of note, especially considering the large weight. It accelerates from 0 to 100 KPH in 6.2 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 225 KPH"

This is a very sweet model with a lot of detail and actually came with an extra fog light:d I guess the Italians know about the cracked lens issue as well:tongue:

Those 1:21 Burago models are sweet. That's what I bought all my other Arlington Lightning buddies for Christmas.

They all got yellow ones. :)

I've got a red, yellow, and silver. I need a black.....anyone?

I have two of them in black that I got off of Ebay.
They really are cool...as flat as they sit, looks like Bburago installed 2" shackeles on them as well...lol:D
They were about $30.00 each from Ebay if memory serves me correctly.
I also picked up the RC lightning from Toys- r-us...too bad it only comes in silver and red (redish, more whineberry looking to me than red). They look much better after removing all the cheap stickers and pin stripping:tu:
