Is my head screwed?

Is there any way possible to fix this? When I blew my motor it bent these two valves (compared to straight)

So I took them out, but a piece came with it. The other one was broke too, but there was nothing there.

You may be able to simply replace the valve guides, can't see well enough to see extent of the damage. Sent you a PM.
