Silverstar?

I did some searching and couldn't find an answer so hopefully someone can clarify for me. I just bought some clear corners for the truck and wanted to replace all the bulbs (fogs,turn signals and headlights) with the silverstars. Can anyone tell me the exact part number I need for each one? Thanks in advance!
