I semi. retired the Lightning yesterday.

Drove it to Wally world to get some stuff. It was so nice parking where ever I wanted, and not worrying about door dings!

Accords are nice.Youll have to worry about theft of that Honda more than the Lightning.Thieves like the hondas.They tried to steel mine.

They steal the shit out of Hondas. The locks come out with slap hammers or something. I may have to retire the diesel in favor of the Lightning. I got stuck buying diesel in town twice this week 20 bucks (6 gallons) Thursday, 50 bucks (15 gallons) Saturday and 120 bucks (38 gallons) today at the truck stop. Diesel is 3.40 in town and 3.13 on the interstate. A third of my paycheck went to fuel this week:vomit:that is not the American dream...

Diesel was up to 3.17 just down the street, not sure how much it's up at the Truck stop.

I feel your pain Terry... I was thinking about starting to drive the camaro more. Only prob is I'm making payments on the truck and it would be sitting :rolleyes: .

I did that 6 years ago. I had the black 93, and a black 99. The problem was, I could not make up my mine on which one to drive. But the ex took care of that problem. She took the black 99. :tex

I've been happy W/ mine.. just put gas in it & drive. 91K & only a few minor issues... Recalled fuel pump & I just put a coil pack on it last wed.
