The new house has more acreage but less mowing. I have less then a 1/4 acre of traditional lawn and this mower is over kill for that.

The old house had an acre of mowing and this tractor was a god send it mows flat and fast

I can push it in under 30 minutes

John, I know you arent really "pushing" it but more like "self propelled"... right?
