Thanks for those links Mark.. I do regret that I didnt go see AC/DC in my younger days and when the original lead singer was with the band. I was watching that video from 1985 and Angus still looks and performs the same.. how does he do that and still keep smoking cigarettes, a true freak of nature. I had to spend another 10 minutes just watching some other Angus footage. He must have an incredible aerobic capacity. Second only to James Brown, rest his soul, as the hardest working man in show business.

I got to go backstage @ AC/DC ( my girfriend @ the time got backstage passes I didnt ask how ) They actually drag Angus off at the end of the show. His head is covered with a towel , a roadie grabbing each arm and his feet dragging.I talked to the drummer and he said Angus looses 15 pounds a show. Not sure how true it is but he must loose a ton because he never stops moving. I taught my kid to play guitar to ac/dc because they are simple cool riffs that kids want to play. Now the little basturd is better than me:icon_frown:

I wonder how many of them have any idea what an 8 track is... more likely to know what an LP is..
btw, I still have a few 8 tracks in the garage.. some old Led Zeppelin, etc..

Not much of a story, I came home from partying one night, found his tour bus parked out front, he and his band were inside partying with the roommates/friends.
I realized that day my life was out of hand and corrected it..but it was an interesting time for an engineering nerd.

I had heard that one, but didn't know it had a video to it. My favorite song of all time is still "Walk of Life" by Dire Straits, but recently I found this tune called "End of the Line" by the Traveling Wilburys and I can't get enough of it.
