Guys about a year ago I started helping dwight with the NLOC server.
About 2 weeks ago we moved the site to a much faster server at a new data center. We also tightened up security on the server some.
There is NO way that the current server is hitting loads high enough to give you that message - make sure you are typing in the address correctly - DONT use a link or a favorite
the address is nloc.net/vbforum
And if you are having trouble send me a PM with your IP address - go to whatismyip.com and copy the ip address into the PM and send it to me.
Also send me your NLOC username so I can check account status
