Dyno day 4-5-08

One of my friends has set up a Dyno Day at Dynosaur Peformance for April 5th@ 11am. There will be about 10 or so Chevy trucks,Trailblazers ect. I spoke with him to see if he minded if any Lightnings showed up and took part in the festivites and he said to bring it on:icon_mrgreen: So if anyone wants to come out and see what power your making this season the weather should be good:tu:

Yep it goes in the o2 sensor bung, they run it up to about 80mph and stand on it!!!!

In Ft Worth I use Simple Quick Racing, don't know about Arlington area. They usually run about 75 an hour.

No :( I bought it from the dealership...I tried to call the guy's number that had the truck before, I got his number from a discount tire paper in the glove compartment...but it wasn't his number anymore... :hammer:

Oh snap....that's what you call getting your bell rung! I have to wonder what kind of stupid is involved that makes the dyno owner allow those people to stand around the vehicle while it's making a pull, in such close quarters. That is just a disaster waiting to happen.

More like 65-70mph in 3rd gear @3,000rpm. She only put down around 800hp on the both stages. The graph had some strange " hilly type" lines on it. Next time I wont take my church shoe out to play in.:confused: It was like ice on the street but it was fun smoking the tires at 70+ mph.:icon_mrgreen:
