it would taste good.. just cook it slow so it wont be tough as shoe hide.

I have learned to smoke stuff no more than 3 hours and finish it off in the oven @ 200-250.Any more than that i need an indian fire girl to keep the fire goin.:icon_mrgreen:This model is made from heavy gauge and user friendly.

I have one like that (not quite that nice) I love to smoke briskets in it a good smoker is always nice to have around the house....:tu:
