Hi guys i figured that i would introduce myself, I'm Gary. I am currently working on a lightning clone from a 98 f150. I'm 26, ASE certified, and would like to get to know everybody around here. :beer:

Well I'm not looking to pass it off as the real thing. The reason that i am not buying a real one, right now, is that mine is all paid off. And I have to wait for a Terminator or Lightning until my wife gets out of college.

Welcome aboard gary. Got any pics??? Doing the look and feel of a Lightning is not a bad thing in my opinion as with most on here, I am sure. Overboard is putting Lightning badges on something that's not an L. As long as that doesn't happen, :hammer:, i'm sure it'd be a sweet project!!

Will the heat exchanger fit on a windsor 4.6? If not i also have a built 4.6 from my last gt. And no there will be no lightning badges on mine. Headlights, bumpercover, and maybeeeee 02 chrome wheels. That and mine is not a stepside.
