I have not posted any pictures up in a while of what I have done to the truck. Last weekend we put long tubes,catless mids and bassani catback on. This weekend we pulled out the old nasty looking gray carpet for some black carpet. Took out the narrow console and put in a wide version. The doors will be put back together Tuesday. I am having the covers that go over the door buttons and window switches covered to match the console lid. Eric AKA Ride The got me a good deal on all the parts and the new console as well. Thanks to Charlie again for the help with the Long Tubes last weekend again. Dad helped with that install as well as the install of the new carpet and console. I have had the truck repainted as some don't know or seen it yet. I plan to wash the truck in the morning and get the wheels off and polished up again. Will have some exterior pictures tomorrow.

Got it from stock interiors.com. It takes some cutting to get it to fit. It will come in a box from ACC interiors as they are the company that makes them. You can order from them, but it's a little more expensive.

How bad was the overhead console to put in? Did you have to cut your headliner?

My 99 had one in it, so must of been on the later build #'s.

99's were built starting with XLT trim trucks. In 00 they started using Lariat level trucks which had the body colored mirrors and temp/compass in the overhead console.

My 99 had one in it, so must of been on the later build #'s.

Unsane Wayne/Trevor's truck doesn't have the overhead console with compass and temp gauge, and the visors are longer

Oh my 99 doesn't have the OH console either- is it functional? (temp and compass)
