12x1.75 pretty much a dealer only item.

I think you can replace them with 01-up 14mm studs. Or buy 14mm stud front rotors anyway.

Wouldn't be a bad upgrade especially if you are anywhere close to needing new brakes.

I think the dealer you talked to is just lazy. Manufacturers are required to supply replacement parts for a minimum of either 8 to 10 years after they stop making a vehicle , but most do it for much longer.
Discount tire or other similar store can probably order you some?

The only problem with changing to 14 mm would be that i just bought chrome 99 L wheels.:burnout:

The wheels are the same. I have a set of 99 wheels and the holes are exactly the same as the ones for my 00 that use 14mm studs. 99 wheels not working with 14mm studs is an old myth that doesn't seem to go away.

Ford wheels are hub centric not lug centric.:icon_eek:

A Ford Parts guy told me the other day that due to the Lightning not being manufactored since 04, a lot of the low traffic type items are moved out to a place called Vintage Parts instead of storing them on their shelves.
I order a part from Vintage a couple of weeks ago and they gave me great/fast service and were $4.00 cheaper than the price I paid a couple of years back at the Ford Dealer for same part!
