Has anybody used or using the jlp shackles? I would like to find out more about the ride quality and the amount of REAL drop. Thanks guys.

Shackles do not change ride quality as long as you cut the bump stops.
The actual amount of lowering is usually about 1 inch off. 2 is 1, 3 is 2, etc.

Im using the 4" JLP drop shackles on mine. Looks great and rides the same as stock :tu:

Same here. But, the biggest difference I've found, from stock, was going with the Hotchkis coils & sways. I kept the stock leafs.
The JLP shackles definitely lowered the rear on the 4" setting. Just lowering the overall center-of-gravity gave the L a whole different demeanor with the other suspension mods.

I got a set of regular 2 inchers still sets a little high in the rear, I'll get a set of the 4 in. JLP's and see if I can get it leveled out........anyone have any laying aroung????
