on the 2.3- anybody know the torque specs on the six bolts for the snout?

I've searched other forums but not coming up with any results.

15-20# will be plenty or snug whichever makes you feel better.

Use a very very think coat of sealant as the machine finish doesn't need much. I think they use loctite to seal the flange from the factory

Terry how ofter should the KB's be going through oil? I know I had mine full when I put it on, and just a few weeks ago I checked it and was empty:eek:. I did refill it. Just not sure how often I should have to add fluid to it.

Never empty, they like to run a touch low. If you spin them hard they spit a little out of the snout bolt. Once they get to a happy level they hold it. If it is empty it may have a bad internal rotor seal or such.
