When did they start making these cheap small mouth intakes? The real ones replace the whole adapter plate and are 4x7 inches in the flange...

This thing is a waste of aluminum. It is the most cheese balled, ass patched intake I have seen.

Terry the make one for the opening of a Stock eaton as well as the KB's. That looks like one for a eaton with the adapter plate for a KB. Mine is the same size as the opening for the KB. I do have the adapter plate like shown in case I want to put it onto a eaton.

Okay, well this piece belongs on a Heaton. I wouldn't give 20 bucks for it on a KB:mad:.

I was an aircraft welder for years.I new some guys who could weld like a row of dimes but couldnt weld up nothing straight and uniform.Some of the jiggs they made,there uses could only be figured out by them.:rll:They also carried there tools around in a five gallon bucket:rll:As far as the intake,welds look good.
