My phone died while we were talking& I don't have your # anywhere else... Sorry. I looked up your system in the book. You have an air inlet valve that is vacuum actuated, (check the vac lines) and an electronically controlled A/C blend door (part #19E616 ). I'd check that out if you don't find a broken vac line. Looked like it might be a little bit of a PITA... You'll need to take off the black panel over the tranny hump, move the instrument panel brace & remove the restraints control module (RCM). Disconnect the Battery before touching the RCM. Then remove the floor air duct & finally you can get to it. I'll get a new phone tomorrow.

I found it. You where right it was a leak. The line going into the cab.

Excellent!:d Good to know it wasn't the electronic blend door... Vac lines are much easier.
