See, being from up north (unfortunately), I can say its more than just this clown, its a 'party' issue, if you know what I mean. One of the many reason I am proud of being a 4 yr old Texan is how they treat the crime in this state. I just got a summons to appear in court as a witness for a road rage incident that happened two years ago, and even in TX this clown has had two years to himself to get his case together. Where is Judge Dred when you need him...

BTW, the 'L' in the post subject screen, is such a dirty word I can not say it outloud...
